FoundryLIVE returns from 24–26 June 2025 at Alexander Stadium, Birmingham. Across 3 days there will be a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge technologies, join us for 1, 2 or all 3 to be part of something truly transformative.

Whether you’re a digital champion, service designer, developer, a student or just curious about how we can work smarter and deliver better outcomes — there’s something here for you.
- EXPLORE Zones: Dive into hands-on learning with sessions on accessibility, user research, service redesign, and automation. Learn from peers and build confidence in new ways of working.
- BUILD Hackathons: Work with others to tackle real-world challenges. Bring your skills, or your curiosity and co-design solutions to common problems.
- INSPIRE Conference: Learn about the Foundry approach and discover how teams across Birmingham City Council are leading change, hear their lived experiences. The day will also feature talks from our Director of Digital & Technology Services Martin Sadler, keynote speaker Kara Kane from the Cabinet Office and also Ben Cheetham from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (more details to follow).
